Digital templates

A digital template is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned": in accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun with your express consent.

A refund remains possible in the following cases: the link provided does not work and we cannot fix it; the delivered file differs from the one shown on the product page; you were charged more than once for the same order.

Quote-based services

You may withdraw within 14 days of accepting the quote (see article 6 of the terms and conditions of sale). If work has already started at your request, a proportionate amount is due. In case of non-conformity, we redo the work free of charge; failing that, we refund the part concerned.

How to request a refund

Write to designbymaiii@gmail.com with your order number. We reply quickly; any accepted refund is made within 14 days, to the payment method used.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
