What do I receive after purchase?
For templates, a confirmation email with your Canva template access link and a step-by-step guide, immediately after payment. For quote-based services, your files or site are delivered on the date agreed in the quote.
Do I need to know how to use Canva?
No. Templates are ready to use and an illustrated guide walks you through. A free Canva account is enough to edit texts, colours and your logo.
How do the AI photos work?
Visuals are generated with artificial intelligence then refined. They set a mood and a backdrop for your posts and site. They do not show the real result of your services: we recommend labelling them as AI-generated.
Can I use the visuals for my business?
Yes. Your purchase grants a commercial-use licence for your own business (site, social media, print). Reselling or sharing the files is prohibited.
What is the difference between site structure, site with AI photos and turnkey site?
The site structure is a ready-to-install theme you fill in yourself. The site with AI photos adds visuals. The turnkey site is fully built, installed and launched for you, with tailor-made AI photos.
How does a quote-based project work?
You send a short brief. We reply quickly with a free quote stating scope, timeline and price. Work starts when you accept in writing.
Can I get a refund?
Digital templates cannot be returned once delivered, but we refund for a faulty link or non-conforming file. Services have a 14-day withdrawal period. See our refund policy for details.
Will my site be legally compliant?
We provide legal page templates (legal notice, terms, privacy) to complete with your own information. You remain responsible for the content published on your site.
Is the site available in English?
Yes, every page exists in French, English and Spanish: use the language switch at the top of the page.
