Data collected and purposes

• Order: name, email, billing address, order contents — to process your order and deliver it (performance of the contract). Payment data is processed directly by Shopify.
• Message or quote request: name, email, profession, message — to reply to you (your request).
• Newsletter: email address — to send you news, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.
• Accounting: invoices and accounting records (legal obligation).

Retention

Order data: for the duration of the business relationship; accounting records: ten years. Messages: three years at most after the last exchange. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is processed by Shopify (shop, payment) and, for project exchanges, by our email provider. Some data may be transferred outside the European Union by these providers, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Cookies

The site uses cookies necessary for it to work (cart, checkout). Audience-measurement or advertising cookies are only set with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
