Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller
Maïwenn Renia, sole proprietor (micro-enterprise), SIRET 109 608 240 00015, 7 rue de la Porte du Parc, 92310 Sèvres, France, trading as Design by Maï (see the legal notice).
2. Products and services
The site offers: (a) editable digital templates (business and loyalty cards, price lists, site structures, AI-generated visual packs), delivered as a file or access link; (b) quote-based services (tailor-made AI photos, custom site, turnkey site). No physical item is shipped.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. For quote-based services the applicable price is the one in the accepted quote; "from" prices are indicative.
4. Ordering and payment
Digital templates: the order is confirmed once full payment is made through Shopify's secure checkout. Design by Maï never has access to your payment details. A confirmation is sent by email.
Quote-based services: the contract is formed when you accept the quote in writing; it states the scope, timeline, number of revisions included and payment terms.
5. Delivery
Digital templates: immediate delivery; your link is available as soon as payment is confirmed, on the confirmation page and by email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder then write to designbymaiii@gmail.com. Services: according to the timeline in the quote.
6. Right of withdrawal
Digital content (templates). By placing an order you expressly request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, in accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code.
Services. You have 14 days from acceptance of the quote to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to designbymaiii@gmail.com. If you expressly ask for the service to start before this period ends, you must pay an amount proportionate to the work already done when you withdraw. A service fully performed before the end of the period, with your prior express request and waiver, can no longer be withdrawn from (article L221-28 1°). Items clearly customised to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal once started (article L221-28 3°).
7. Licence
Your purchase grants a licence to use the product, not ownership of the design, which remains with Design by Maï.
- Cards, price lists, site structures: use for your own business, unlimited printing, handing out to your clients.
- AI-generated visuals: commercial use for your own business (site, social media, print).
In all cases it is forbidden to resell, share, lend or give away the template, file, link or visuals; to sell the design, modified or not, as your own product; or to extract elements for another use.
8. AI-generated visuals
The visuals concerned are generated by AI and may show minor imperfections. You agree not to present them as real photographs of your services or as results obtained on a client, so as not to mislead your clientele, and to label them as AI-generated where regulations require. Design by Maï does not guarantee the exclusivity of a generated visual or its protection by copyright.
9. Third-party tools
Templates open in a free Canva account and sites are installed on Shopify or an equivalent tool. These services are independent from Design by Maï: their operation, availability and pricing cannot be guaranteed.
10. Your site's compliance
Legal pages provided with a site are templates to be completed with your own information. You remain responsible for the information and content you publish on your site.
11. Liability
Design by Maï's liability is limited to the price paid for the product or service concerned, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and within the limits permitted by law.
12. Complaints and mediation
Please write first to designbymaiii@gmail.com: every message gets a reply, and we will look for an amicable solution together.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. They do not deprive you of the protection granted by the law of your country of residence.
